Dr. Clemens Kielhauser
Clemens studied civil engineering and infrastructure management and received his PhD from ETH Zürich in 2018. His areas of expertise include optimization of measures for infrastructure networks, GIS-based prioritization of maintenance measures and automation-supported inspection of infrastructure structures, including the use of UAVs. He is CEO of Carmentae and senior researcher/lecturer at ETH Zürich.
Prof. Dr. Bryan T. Adey
Bryan has 17+ years of industrial experience in the field of infrastructure management, determination of optimal intervention strategies and risk assessment applied to infrastructure systems. He is co-founder of Carmentae and Professor for Infrastructure Management at ETH Zürich.
Prof. Dr. Jürgen Hackl
Jürgen studied civil engineering and infrastructure management and received his PhD from ETH Zürich in 2019. His areas of expertise include computational modelling, uncertainty quantification as well as risk and resilience assessment of infrastructure systems. He is co-founder of Carmentae and Assistant Professor for Complex Infrastructure Systems at Princeton University.
David Zani, M.Sc.
David studied civil engineering, spatial development and infrastructure management and will receive his PhD from ETH Zürich in 2026. His areas of expertise include project cost and risk benchmarking, automation-supported coordination of infrastructure maintenance and development and strategic transport network appraisals. He is a project engineer at Carmentae, supporting the asset management of water and rail infrastructures.
